destination:home

*yaaawnnn*

finally, today's the 14th of august, and in a couple of hours time i'll be watching Chicago from a bird's eyes-view,on my plane back home.

my brain are not 100% in a blogging mode(maybe because i don't sleep since yesterday, just to adjust my body clock to Malaysian time), but i just wanna send one last post from Chicago, consider this is my sign-off, for now :) so this gonna be a short one.

yesterday my colleagues belanja us who're going back for a mongolian chinese buffet, something like a farewell i guess, and the food really great!i think it's the most amount of food that i ate during my entire time in Chicago..hehe.naga mode *auuumm*

but it was a busy day though, i got 2 reports need to be sigged before i leave so i have to juggle in between two products to get both of them done before the deadline.once i completed my job for the day,i packed all my stuff and then only i realize, time really flies by,it's been a quick 8 weeks and even all my colleagues said so.we all gather around, say our goodbyes and took some photos for our memories here(most of the photos in nantha's camera, again,so i'll show her how's my office and my colleagues there when i see her, which is real soon).Nantha's trainer,Molly even choked up a bit,and we can see tears streaming down her face.it was really an emotional day for us (but not for me and Jeff,we're the coolest guys in the office) :p

mah main man,Jeff Bosse

packing was horrific, i always dislike packing stuff, usually she's the one who gonna help me do my packing but i guess i have to do it on my own this time.hopefully my luggages don't exceed the baggage allowances,if else torto need to buy his own ticket and check-in his own luggage.hehe.

well,i'm still in the middle of packing up my stuff,i don't want to leave anything behind,so i'll better get back to it.sorry for the short post.i'll make up for it :)

can't wait to see her.can't wait to have her back in my arms.can't wait to shower her with millions of kissies.can't wait.

loves,from Chicago,for the last time.

by this time next week...

...i'll be above the Pacific ocean, on the flight back to home.back to the embrace of her arms.i keep thinking, how will she react when she met me?is she gonna scream in delight?is she gonna squeal?is she just gonna smile and gimme a hug and a kiss?whatever that she want to do,however that she gonna reacts,i know what i want to do :)

last week my colleagues and i went to downtown on a Thursday afternoon (we all took half-day that day, and it makes me really really busy beforehand just to catch-up with the brought-forward deadlines) for a cruise along the rivers in Chicago, which highlights Chicago's world class architecture and presents us with informative and interesting details of over 40 buildings alont the Chicago river that are a testament to Chicago's reputation as the birthplace of modern American architecture.

me on the boat

we left the office that day around 12 in a big van where it fits *counts in my head* 15 of us, and mind you, not all of us are thin and petite :p but it's a fun road-trip, with Faina and Stella chattering away to some random stuff making people laugh (especially Stella, with her southern Missisippi accent (i'm not even sure i spelled Missisippi correctly or not.hehe). They're an interesting and wacky bunch of people, seasoned (or old, whichever you wanna call it), but fun nonetheless. it took us around an hour from Riverwoods to downtown Chicago due to the traffic, as there are some major roadworks along the highway.once we reached the Navy Pier, we all couldn't wait to get out of the van, plus we're all kinda late a bit and the boat is leaving in 10 minutes or so, so we rushed to the pier to catch the cruise just in time before it leaves the docks.

the weather that day was not so bad, not too much sun but it's not that cold either.our tour guide,a chubby old guy in floral shirt, shorts and a funny hat,was really interesting and chattery and really full to the brim with the knowledge of all the buildings in Chicago. amongst the famous buildings that we saw are the Trump International Hotel on Tower, Wrigley Building (owned by the chewing gum mogul, who is pure Chicagoian), Boeing World Headquarters, Chicago Board of Trade, Civic Opera Building, Central US Post Office, John Hancock Tower, and of course, the infamous Sears(now Willis) Tower. We even had a debate on which is the tallest building back then in 1997 when the Petronas Twin Towers was built, because he said that if the antennas on top of the Sears Tower was counted, then it'll become the tallest building in the world back then. But as far as I know, Petronas Twin Towers is still the tallest building in the world back then because the antenna on the Twin Towers are still counted as part of the structure of the building as people still can go at the antenna level, as the antenna on top of Sears is only radio antenna, so it really doesn't count.hehe.

Do you know that most of the scenes in Batman Begins and The Dark Knight are shot around Chicago? Eggy told me last time, and it was reiterated by the tour guide, explaining where the locations and which buildings did they use.Sears Tower and Trump International Tower were used in the final showdown between Batman and Joker, Hotel 71 as Bruce Wayne's penthouse, Chicago Board of Trade as Wayne's Enterprise building and many other Chicago landmarks are used to shoot the scenes.

the old Post Office which has become the bank in the first scene in The Dark Knight

Willis (formerly Sears) Tower

the cruise ended an hour later, leaving us all hungry not having our lunch yet. once we reached the docks, we took off to an Italian restaurant on Navy Pier called Capi. I had a baked pasta with prawns, and it was really good! we all ate and chat and took a few group shots (i'll upload it another time,it was still in Nantha's camera),and after an hour or so we all decided to part our ways to just enjoy the evening at the Piew on our own accord. Bought a couple of souvenirs there, like some keychains and stuff because I don't know if I ever get another chance to go to the Pier again. after we got tired of walking along the Pier, we decided to just chillax on a bench beside the waters of Lake Michigan, enjoying the sunshine and looking at all kind of people there (there even a group of gay guys,i think almost 80 or more of them, boarding on a cruise with loud techno music, and tinted, dark windows as well,i wonder what they gonna do inside :p )

6pm arrives, and after another group photos of all of us, we left the Navy Pier back to Deerfield, but not Kelvin and Nik though, they have to go in the office since they're working at night until 12 :p

Friday passes by,nothing interesting here...

...and it's Saturday, finally, my first Warped Tour! :) woke up early in the morning to get ready, having trouble deciding what to wear that day, so I opted for my compulsary gig-uniform (my Vans t-shirt) and shorts and Onitsuka, which are really good decisions since I'm gonna be sweaty there, and I don't wanna wear jeans and nice t-shirts, and I'd rather get my Tiger dirty rather than my new SBs :p

it was a smooth journey to Tinley Park with no delay whatsoever, thanks to proper planning and maps that I've printed out the day before.we reaches there around 1 something, and the weather not really on our side that day as it was drizzling a bit here and there, but it wasn't too bad.once we reached the First Midwest Ampitheathre,I could hear The Maine playing from afar...shite,i missed one of the bands that i wanted to watch already!but once we see the band line-up and showtimes,i've noticed that i actually missed a couple of bands who played earlier in the day, such as Every Avenue(really looking forward to watching them live,i know how she like their songs) , Sing It Loud, and Forever The Sickest Kids.i guess the show must go on, and after i wrote the bands that i wanted to see and their showtime and stages on a pice of paper,we took off to wander around the venue to see what they have there.

the bands line up and showtimes

that's the guy from Madina Lake!!!

the whole venue are huuuuge, packed with all kind of people from punk kids to hardcore guys to girls clad in bikinis (no,they're not hot at all, she's miles ahead of them :) ). and there are rows of merch shops too, selling respective bands merchandise.the drizzling rains seems to come and go,but it didn't bother us much as we went to watch our first show of the day, You Me At Six.

You Me At Six

the crowd here not as packed as the other stages as they are playing at one of the smaller stage at the Warped.but still, once the band goes on stage the crowd starting to gather around, maybe all those people who walk past the stage got drawn into the infectious pop punk melody carried by the band, and who to blame them?she would've go crazy to see You Me At Six live,as the last time in the UK we didn't get to watch them live even though they're from the UK.but i recorded their songs for her,and they even did a cover of Lady Gaga's Pokerface, a bit weird but really fun to listen to and jump around. after Save It For The Bedroom, their show ended and we rushed to our next show, The White Tie Affair. They're already started their set when we reach their stage, and I recorded a couple of songs for her as well such as The Letdown and Candle(Sick and Tired).Oh and they covered Lady Gaga too as well(i don't know why the bands like to cover her songs so much), Just Dance. After The White Tie Affair we head back to the outdoor area where the main stage are to catch 3Oh!3 (i don't really fancy them, but to just kill the time while waiting for Valencia).apparently all the kids there love 3Oh!3,a lot of them are already at the main stage with their fancy neon accessories and skimpy clothes.but after a couple of songs by them,i guess they're not too bad after all, quite energetic on stage.we didn't bother to wait for them to finish as Valencia is coming on the SmartPunk stage soon,so we reach the stage on push our way to the front of the stage to get a better view of them.this is what i've been waiting for,to finally see Valencia performing live, and how i wish for her to enjoy them with me.

Shane rocking the stage

they kicked of their show with Better Be Prepared, and i'm really getting goosebumps that time,i really can't believe it that i'm standing right in front of them watching them on stage belting out all my favourite songs.there're even times when Shane (the vocalist) reaches out to the crowd and practically look me straight in the eye,and i really feel it,the emotions from his music really hit me in the heart.i was singing along to them, never one word missed as i knew it by heart, and even the mat salehs there were shocked that i knew all the lyrics from their song (got this one guy actually ask me,"are you a big fan of Valencia?",and i told him,"bigger than everyone else who're here") :p they ended their set with The Space Between, the first song from them that i've heard.the best performance at the Warped for me :)

Hit The Lights playing next on the SmartPunk stage, and what a performance they put, and people keep floating on top of us crowd-surfing to their music, and one guy actually dropped his glasses while jumping around making us arround him to stop moving for awhile to let him find his glasses.but too bad,by the time he found his glasses it's already broke, but he just laughed and gives us a thumbs up and we all continue jumping around like mad :p

hit the lights

we got a little bit tired after Hit The Lights, so we decided to rest for awhile at the seats in front of the stage (but it's a little bit further from the stage) and watch Meg & Dia performed from far. I would love to be in the crowd and join them sway around to their music, but i still need the energy for All Time Low, so i just chillax and record their performance from far.i've saw them up close before at Manchester with her last time anyways :)

Nik complained that he's hungry so we went to the food area but the lines are soooo freaking long,so we decided to buy this funnel cakes from a stall where the queue is not that long.but after we actually ate it,we know why the stall don't have that long of a queue,it's because their funnel cakes (it was char-koey kinda food) was too greasy, and we ended up not finishing them (Nik actually gave his funnel cake to a chick, which she gladly accepts).hehe.after we finish drinking our $5 coke (the food was way overpriced at the venue),we went to watch bands that are playing that time while waiting for All Time Low to come up on stage.TV/TV is one of them, playing at one of the smaller stage, and their music is quite catchy and i got hooked up by them immediately.love their song Indie Rock Girl, really makes my feet tap tap tap while listening to them.hehe.

All Time Low coming up soon,so we went to the main stage and The Devil Wears Prada are rocking it out on the stage, driving the crowd wild with their hardcore music, and we could see everyone was moshing like mad.it looks kinda fun,so i decided to join them for awhile :p

bish bush bash bush bish

i survive in the mosh pit only for only a song, then after that i went out of the pit to save the rest of my energy for All Time Low.we pushed our a way to the front of the stage, the closest that we could get until we couldn't move anymore; it was really, really packed and everyone keep pushing each other, all anticipating for All Time Low.we can't stand still at one spot,we all just basically follow wherever the wave of the crowd goes.if people are pushing from the left,we swayed to the right, and the other way around.she really couldn't survive in this sea of sweaty people,if she were there with me i would put her on my shoulders to keep her from being squashed in the crowd.

eagerly waiting for All Time Low

and finally, they came on stage and the crowd goes really wild, especially the girls :p Alex Gaskarth and co greets us with their new song from their new album, Weightless, and the crowd starting to jump around, moshing, dancing and crowd-surfing and basically just having the time of their live.it was impossible to take pictures in that kind of condition where there's not much you can do to keep you from standing still...and that's why all the pics that i took during All Time Low's performance are kinda blur.but i still manage some pretty good pics of them :p

they really rock out the crowd that night with their songs, old and new,and it was really an unbelievable performance.i even got my phone kicked by a crowd surfer while recording Six Feet Under The Stars, but luckily the guy who're in front of me catched it before it fell to the ground, before my phone was about to be smashed and stomped to pieces.dude, you rock! :) and i even continue recording the song after that incident,so funny and it can be seen on the video as well, how my phone flew out of my hands into the dude's hands :p

it was really the best time i've ever had during my whole time in Chicago, but it would be even better if she could be there with me by my side as we enjoy our favourite bands, hand in hand, arms in arms, having the time of our lives :)

well,i guess that's it for now,it's almost 3am here and i need to wake up really early tomorrow as the guys are planning to catch the 7.26am train to Aurora so that we could come back home earlier.

loves from Chicago.

5 films that i want to watch together with her when i'm back home :)

Paper Heart - One of the 2 films that I want to watch with her that are shown at the Sundance Film Festival. It is a mockumentary about Charlyne Yi who embarks on a journey to document and find out the true meaning of love from interviewing all kind of people; from childrens to married couple to newlyweds to gay couple. All real life people. She met Michael Cera (who is his real life boyfriend) and they develop a relationship on the camera which enthrusting her in moving forward into discovering what love really is.

G-Force - I'm sure she'll love this movie, because it's full with cute guinea pigs :) but they're dangerous guinea pigs though, as they are a group of highly-trained secret agent guinea pigs trained by FBI carry out special and dangerous missions. what's better than to see her squealing in awe of the cuteness of the guinea pigs? :)

New Moon - The sequel of Twilight, New Moon follows Bella, who is devastated when Edward decided to leave town for the sake of her safety, but her spirit seems to be lifted when she's getting closer to her childhood friend, Jacob, who turned out to be a werewolf, who is immortal nemesis to the vampires.

The Ugly Truth - Yeah, I know, this one is a real chick-flick, but that's why I want to watch it with her because I just don't see myself watching this movie alone :p A story about a guy who teaches a girl on how to win another guy's heart, only to fall for her himself. A typical romantic-comedy storyline, but it will be funny to watch, especially all the crappy advices that the guy gave to the girl. hehe.

(500) Days of Summer - The most anticipated film of all the 5 films that I want to watch with her :) I don't want to give any spoilers here (and I don't wanna look for the spoilers as well) but let just say that I've been watching the trailer on tv and it really is wonderfully charming, worthy of its nomination in the Sundance Film Festival. From what the trailer portrays, it is a story about boy meet girl and how sweet, bitter, sincere, painful, romantic and blissful love can be. Can't wait.

flashback

another weekend passes by,and time really flies,2 more weekends and i'll be on the flight across the Pacific to the place where i call home.it's really different this time around if compared to my time in the UK.while in the UK, i'm dreading to go back to Malaysia, but this time i really am counting the days,as i realize the reason of why i want to go back so badly this time,is because of her.she brings me joy and happiness, and i never felt so complete in my whole life when she's wrapped around my arms, exchanging whispers and laughs, showering her with love and kissies and just plainly spoiling her.

let's go back in time,to the previous weekend before the last, where we went to Gurnee Mills, some 45 minutes to the north of Deerfield.it's another of Chicago's many retail outlet, but in Gurnee Mills it's a bit different as the shops are located in a mall, a bit similar to York's retail outlet in the UK.

ate lunch at a cool restaurant there called the Rainforest Cafe with unique ambience and the feeling of having your meal deep inside the jungle with the animals surrounding you.

don't freak out okay,it's not a real snake :P

aquarium with tropical fishes
note the gorillas and monkeys at the right, they moves!

after we stuffed ourselves with good food, we decided to part ways to make us easier to shop for the things that we wanted.the first shop i went?fossil of course, where i got her and myself a pair of watches.now we both have fossil watches to match along with our fossil wallets :)

i bet she gonna be crazy in here..

and here too! :p

tried to get her something from Victoria's Secret, but i scared she won't like my choice so i decided to get her the next time we go to a retail outlet so that i could gather more information on what's her preferences :p 2 more weekends to go until i could surprise her with the best birthday present she ever had,and i really don't have any idea on how could i do that.haihs.

another 5 days of work passes by after that, and it's another weekend!Brenda went back on saturday morning and we got a new crew to roam Chicago with Nik and Kelvin joining us on friday,so on saturday we all went out to downtown and walk around under the burning sun (Nik still not getting the hang of walking around so much, his excuse?he need to buy a new Onitsuka Tiger so that he can walk around more :p ).went to the usual places like the Millenium Park and State Street then we head back home, deciding to give it another try the next morning when we all more energetic.

sunday morning came, and we all took the 11.26am train to downtown to see the Disney's A Christmas Carol train tour, the train stopped by in Chicago's Union Station just for the weekend before heading to St. Louis, and we decided to take the chance to take the tour.Buuutt the crowd were really crazy, the amount of people queueing are mind-blowing so we decided not to go to the tour and instead we just took a couple of pictures and just roam the town again, this time we walk along the Magnificent Mile with stops at souvenir shops around Chicago.

Disney's A Christmas Carol poster

my breakfast that morning, Rockstar energy drink.
(Kelvin interframing at the back)

Chicago Tribune building

we head to John Hancock Tower to have our lunch at The Cheesecake Factory located at the base of the tower itself. The Cheesecake Factory is famous with its cheesecake with a long list of tantalizing and sinful indulgence from a long history of dessert making with specialization in cheesecake recipes.

outside view of the restaurant

i can only imagine how stinky and snowy slurping to be here :P

unique interior of the restaurant

the cheesecake menu, and it's only the first page.

there i had a lunch portion of the fish,a herb crusted salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes.i thought i can handle a slice of the famous cheesecake after the meal, but i'm really stuffed after the big portion of the fish, and i decided to tarpau back a brownie sundae cheesecake which is soooo freaking nice,i really hope she can be here with me to enjoy the cheesecake because i know she gonna love them too(but not my cheesecake though,it's too chocolatey for her) :p i only indulge in my cheesecake when we got home, but the decoration cacat a bit from the trip back, but they're still delicious :p yummyyy.

want some? :p

one of the things that i love here is of course, like in UK as well, the online shopping :p it is so convenient being in this side of the world because then i wouldn;t have to worry about shipping costs and stuff, and i could get basically anything that i wanted from a click of the button.bought a couple of cool stuffs online for myself and for her as well.

here's my new nike dunk hi premium sb "venom", from the character in spiderman which portrayed from the color of the sneakers, black and white. it's a bit tight at first (well, that's the only downside of online shopping, you can't really try an item first before you buy them), but after a couple of days it grew to fit my feet perfectly, just like what the shopkeeper that i met the other day said(he's a nike sb enthusiast as well), suede will grow and it's better to get half a size smaller than your original size.i love my new shoes, mainly because she's the one who ask me to get this colour as she likes this colour as well.

bought a set of Never Shout Never merch, i love the cool design of the tshirt, and the EP is for her to listen to in her torto car (that's why torto pose in this picture too) :p

and of course, Vans Warped Tour tickets!! got it from ebay as i couldn't buy it directly from the website because of billing problems.really can't wait for this saturday where i'm going to finally watch my favourite bands live.but i really rather have her to teman me instead,as some of the bands are her favourites as well.looks like i have to make do with Nik.i'll took videos and pictures for you ok,penguin? :) some of my favourite bands that are playing are All Time Low,Every Avenue, Forever The Sickest Kids, Hit The Lights, Madina Lake, Meg and Dia, Never Shout Never, Sing It Loud, The White Tie Affair, The Maine, There For Tomorrow, You Me At Six, You Me and Everyone We Know and of course, the best of them all, VALENCIA!!!!

sowwy penguin if i make you jealous,i really do hope you can be here to join me,i would give everything in the world to have you in my arms while listening to our favourite songs.okay, maybe i need to make you feel better, perhaps this'll do for now.

a matching pair of To Write Love On Her Arms tshirts, the black one is for me and the white one is for her :) i know she wanted the other design, love is the movement, but that particular design is out of stock and needed more than a month for it to be in stock and delivered.i really tried my best to deal with the shop, but they said they really can't do anything, the only thing they can do is to cancel my previous order and ask me to make a new order on in-stock items for them to deliver a.s.a.p. but i still haven;t given up my hopes just yet, going to find for that design that she likes at the Warped Tour because there'll be a TWLOHA booth there.hope the design that she wants available at the booth. *fingers crossed, prays hard*
but hopefully this will make your day :)

going to soak in the bath tub,a long, hot bath is just what i really needed right now. *stretchyyy*

until next time.

kisses from Chicago.

your smile is what that counts.

i'm so freaking mad at the one who stole her N95, that's her most prized posession and she really love that phone so much.don't worry ok penguin, the most important thing is that you're safe and sound, because i couldn't forgive myself if anything ever happened to you.and things such as handphones and such is replaceable,i wonder how much is N95 right now? *masterminding a plan* :P

all i want is for her to be happy, and through this rough times where i am so far away from her,i didn't know what could i possibly do to make her smile and forget her mishaps, apart from the not-so-clear phone calls and e-dating.so went i went out today,i was thinking what should i get for her as i have promised her with a surprise.so i got her this :)

bought a pink chicago mug and a cute baby blue and pink keychain for her,so that she can put the mug in the office for her to enjoy her milo at work, and the keychain, well, basically because i know she love the color combination.i don't know whether if these are enough for her to make her smile again after a rough day yesterday, but i hope it will.

don't be sad about your N95 okay,if your new mug and keychain are not enough to make you feel better again,i hope this will.

a brand spanking new Never Shout Never ep, The Summer ep, with 6 new songs to cheer her up whenever she's feeling down.and it includes the song that i gave her the other day too,Happy,so be happy okay, what's past is past, what we can do is looks forward to the future and curse the bloody thief. *poking my thief voodoo doll* :p

still not enough?well, you know i won't give anymore hints on your coach bag right?so hopefully this'll make u smile,if this don't then i don't know what else can :)

i saw torto on the bed, chilling on your pillow, when i came back from work the other day, must be he ask the housekeeper to put him there :P

so please smile for me,do know that i'm always be there for you even though how far i am right now,and i'd do anything for you to be happy, always. *kissy your forehead, huggy you to make you feel better*

2 more weekends to go until i can see her again.counting my days now.

miss her so much.

weekends..

...are finally here! *doing the jiggy dance* :P it's been a really loooong week, work is killing me!

but to look on the bright side,i finally get to see Four Year Strong live yesterday,it was wickedly awesome!

before we get to that, let's flash back to my last weekend, okay?

we didn't really do anything much on saturday, nantha and i spend the time walking around downtown(like literally, walking around and around and around) just to familiarize ourselves with the city.rajjiv were sick that day,and brenda insisted us to go to the field museum and the planetarium but she ended up going alone as we decided to just go those places another time.

so we walk,we walk,we walk, until we reach michigan avenue, where supposedly there're tons of high street brands along the road.and guess what?

i know she's gonna go crazy in these places :P

anyways this stretch of shopping heaven is called the magnificent mile, because of its being a center of shopaholics all around Chicago.as we walk along the stores,i saw a disney store and we decided to pop inside.and i saw these cute guinea pigs cuddlies from the new disney animation picture, g-force. and there's the platipus from the show Phineas and Ferb.wonder which one would she like best :)

nantha bought two soft-toys from the shop, mickey and donald.after that we continue our walk along the magnificent mile.we saw this art festival with quite nice and artistic display and we chill around that area for awhile for pictures.we reached the john hancock tower too,it's the second tallest tower in chicago, offering spectacular view of the city from the observatory deck, second to sears tower.we got pretty knackered after that,so we just went home and took the rest of the day off, since the next day we're all going to the science and industry museum.

a steel moose

john hancock tower

again,an early sunday morning last weekend.i don't know when could i sleep in without any plans to do,just to chill at home being lazy all day long.anyways on sunday,we all head to the science and industry museum somewhere south of the downtown.the main attraction of the museum is currently it's display of the U-505 submarine, a german submarine from world war I, and also the harry potter exhibition (which i badly wanna go,but they all are not interested,so i guess i just have to follow the flow).

the flying car in harry potter and the chamber of secrets

outside the submarine entrance

the huge U-505 submarine

one of the manned spaceship on display

3-D show of the planets

brilliant invention, wish i could have this to send her a huggy.

cool,a view of myself on the heat detector thingy, like in ghost hunter

we had quite a fun day out that day,and the weather was super nice too,but i guess we got bored with the displays and just went back home after that.

and...now's the main event.

FOUR YEAR STRONG!! :D

went to watch them yesterday at metro, wrigleyville just nearby the wrigley field which is the home of the chicago cubs.the traffic was crazyyy on the way to wrigleyville,we had no idea why until we actually reach there.

freaking elton john was playing at wrigley field, the same time as four year strong

by the time we got there,we could only see only two out of the five opening acts.but i guess it's a good thing,so that i won't have to wait for too long until fys come out on stage.we got to watch the fireworks and set your goals doing their thing for an hour or so,until the crowd went crazy when four year strong appears.i decided to join in and after a couple of songs,i got drenched with sweat from jumping and moshing around and pushed like a fish in a wave inside the crowd :P i even manage to injure myself, got my fingers sprained when i'm trying to block someone from hitting me in the face while moshing (not that i succesfully blocked it oso).hehe.four year strong really rocks my socks off,so that's another one that i can tick off my list of the bands to see in the states *ticks my band list* :)

the fireworks

set your goals

four year strong!!

i went back home drenched in sweat, and it was quite a cold night and my tshirt all wet,so it's a bit chilly but the adrenalin still rushing through me making me warm inside.what a night.and once i got home and stripped for a nice, hot shower,i discover a couple of bruises on my shoulders,my back and i even got a bump on my head.hehe.but it's all worth it. (except that the fact of injuring my fingers doesn't help me much in completing my work efficiently the next day) :p

my fingers still hurting now.and tomorrow we're going to another retail outlet for another shopping trip.gonna find myself a new pair of sneakers, and something special for her :) and she's going to United's match soon, hope she gonna have a great time there (even though i doubt that she will, since she already mentioned to me that she rather go to liverpool's game than United's).really wish i could be back home, going to the game with her, having the time of our life there.dang-it this pacific ocean.but one more week passes by,one more week lesser for me to wait to go home back into her arms.

oh,and here's my dinner the other night, made myself a vege pizza, but it was so nice and cheesy, bet the rats gonna be jealous of me :P

that's it from me for now.lots of loves for her.gnite.
