it's 9pm and i'm already sleepy.

i guess that's what happened when you are constantly bombarded with new information throughout the day. i was assigned to be trained on 2 major products in Riverwoods, FINH (Federal Tax and Estate Planning Guide) and PETEY (which is a combination of multiple Federal tax products). apparently these 2 products that i'm working on are 2 of the most subscribed products of Wolters Kluwer, and the quality and accuracy of each report that came through every week (for FINH) or every bi-monthly (for PETEY) are very important.


Wolters Kluwer Riverwoods consists of seasoned, experienced people with an average age of 50, hard to believe, isn't it? us editors from Cyberjaya seems like baby to them. the training schedule was very hectic, i only got an average of 30 minutes downtime for the whole day. my trainers, Kathy Kowalski and Jeff Bosse are very nice people (along with the rest of the editors and production specialist), but when it comes to work, they can be really serious and attentive. i guess that is what to be expected from someone who has been working in the company for more than 20 years or so.

it was really cold for summer these past few days, especially at night, but from the weather forecast summer was expected to be at its sunshiny best this weekend. good timing, we're planning to go to Aurora for a shopping trip, hopefully it wouldn't rain unexpectedly on that day.

tomorrow i'm moving out of homewood suites to the deerfield apartments. honestly i like it more there as it is more convenient to because there are a lot of of shops and restaurants and cafes around the area. and the apartment is much more nicer too. AND there'll be more choices of food to eat too...i need protein *tummy rumbles*. hehe.

today i really feel like a blogger, i'm blogging on my bed while watching South Park on tv...it's an episode about giant hamsters wrecking havoc there ;) there're 2 movies releasing tomorrow here in the States, Ice Age 3 and Public Enemies...i miss going to the movies with her.

can't wait for the long weekend, so that i can give her a call to tuck her in everytime she's going to bed :)

i'm going to call her soon anyways, hearing her sweet voice through the phone just makes my day (even though she might be busy with work and can't layan me much, hehe. )
